Park's were originally made in the Marshall factory right alongside the
regular production Marshall stuff. From '64 to about '79 they were just
the same (or possibly better) as the Marshall equivalents.
About '80 or so, they were discontinued.
In the 90's Marshall needed an inexpensive amp line to sell, so they
reincarnated the Park line. The current Park amps aren't the same as
the regular Marshall product. They are mostly made in Korea and
marketed by Marshall as an inexpensive practice-amp line.
For what they are and the money they cost, they are decent enough...
