Say this again, what are you expecting to find about the printing system?

Check the pulldown menus for lock option, maybe it's locked?

Is it searching the disk or is it building an index with spare cpu cycles
when you aren't looking?

I believe that originated with IIS4, seems the rest of the company has yet
to catch on to the idea of putting all logs in one easy to find place.
