  Make it double   when  you   hear,  that  some  people, called
"walruses"  or   "winter  bathers",  take  a  bath in water on a
fresh air. They don't want to change a tradition... +4C in water,
but when they come  to fresh  air  they need some outside energy,
i think some +40C energy drink :).

  But,  Russia  is  so  big.  Sochi  (town):  +8C...+10C.  Palms,
beaches...
