Oh great!  GCA '68 is what's strangled the life out of the gun industry
ever since '68.  Its what ATF uses to harass gun dealers & owners.  It's so
strict now, with every violation a 2nd degree Federal Felony (10 'n 10). 
What Mr. Dole is talking about when he says he wants to "strengthen" it, is
Brady II.  
Wasn't Dole one of the authors of Brady I?
