I have a collection of gold pocket watches (gold filled actually) and
of the things that our parakeet likes to do is bite on the watch case
or stem. He also likes to peck at his reflection in the case cover. Is
there any danger in chewing on gold? He can't really break of any
metal but I was wondering if there are other reasons why it wouldn't
be  good for him.   He also likes to bite gold chain necklaces.
