As I saw, there will be an mmc for centralised Printer management. So, You
could load the local Printer directory from one of the servers, like today
You have in example for DNS or DHCP and manage what You want and need.

No, because "Lock" will lock/unlock everything else (half of
standard menus are hidden in View settings which I searched for like half
of hour).
