I believe on a default install they're actually prompts. Take a look at these:

Who's online:
138, 139, and 140

Last callers:
141, 142, and 143

First one is the header, that can be modified with an ansi by plugging in
(pipe)DFansifile. 2nd one is the list format which might need some trial and
error, and third one is the footer, which can also be modified with an ansi.
