Did you get this working Joe? I just got onboard this thread so
I'm not sure.. I have done this in the past for nodes who were
local to me but long distance to each other with the "ForwardTo"
and "ForwardFrom" keywords in Squish.Cfg with the
"File" modifier.
If not I may be able to remember how I did it and give you some
pointers..
