 GP> what "covert"? Iran has stated quite clearly their intent for these

It may be that Iran will acquire complete nuclear weapons from North
Korea, especially if USA or Israel preemptively attacks Iran's nuclear
facilities. (I am looking at a single-source report that NK will export
Taepodong missile components to Iran for assembly, & that these could
threaten Europe with a 3,700km range, & NK / Iran are planning to work
jointly to create nuclear warheads for these). It goes without saying
that such weapons could directly threaten Israel, if the report is true.

Hmmm... it is a juggling act for the USA to get the EU to take on the
bulk of action against Iran, while simultaneously discouraging Europe
from becoming a superpower in its own right.
