If you use 1.10 on DOS (16 bit) with the artfix03 y2k patch, the error
levels are broken. A fix for this is available as artdfx03.zip via freq
from my system, or from ftp.juge.com.

In all other cases (timed/386 1.10 and timed/2 1.10 with or without patch,
or timed 1.10 without patch or with patch and artdfx03), the error levels
work perfectly well.
