No, COD would boost the price by at least $5.00, cause me to wait
in line at the Post Office, and also risk that I get stuck for the
COD and shipping charges if you refuse delivery or are not home.  
(It sounds dumb but this actually happened to me once before.)
Will only do COD if you prepay COD and shipping charges (about 
$10.00), and the total would then be $45.00 (U.S.).  I see by 
other messages that you are in Ontario, Canada.  I hope you 
weren't figuring on Canadian currency!
To prepay in full, please make a $40.00 money order -- U.S. 
funds only -- payable to Bob Levine, and mail to 21 Bond St.,
