There was a precedent to your example involving Nicolai Tesla at a place
called White Sands where he burnt out a whole power generating plant. It
was said he was trying to transport electricity without wires through
the ionosphere by tapping into the Earth's natural resonnance. Some say
the Tanguska area was the destination of his misdirected test!

Speaking of massive power failures, do you think there's something fishy
going on with this US East Coast / Mid Western failure and now the
latest one in London? Could it be MS software virus infection to blame?
