That's not what he meant by "the nanny-state"; that's a term for
a socialist, total control kind of givernment. The basic problem
is that politicians and "feel good" types simply ignore the
Constitution whenever it's convenient for them to do so. And
since our Supreme Court became politicized back in the '30's, we
can't rely on an just interpretation of the meaning of the
