california used to do that with the San Joaquins, and the Capitols, and
the San Diegans. but to remedy that, the state bought all the equipment
for these lines and Sub-contracted Amtrak to operate them, Now Gov.
Wilson wants to return them to the private sector to operate them, so
it'll be interesting to see what happens.
