Correct, this will remove the 'LOW ON' message, but not the 'OUT OF' 
message.

Castoff ALL will not prevent the user from receiving an 'OUT OF DISK 
SPACE' message. This cind of message is considered very important by 
the server, will allways be sent to all active users.
