Nice one :)))
Taskkill has /f as in force option. Still!, You should know that some
processes have a "slow" kill, take in example nero, which is
using few kernel drivers, some lame-made proc/threads and driver stucks
because of the application. As the current model of Win., needs to get
handle back from the driver, You could wait some time :) Eaven more then 24
hours :)

Also, You could try to use ntsd.exe (C:\windows\system32\..) to debug a
proc (-p) and Kill it on exit -q :)
