Hello there I feel your bird is likely to be either a budgie or a Bourke's
parakeet . The Shell markings on the wings are distinctive for Budgies. I
don't recognise this as a Rosella as our Rosellas in Aussie have a different
configuration. I feel Eastern Crimsons and some Mealy as well as about three
types of Lorikeets and Corellas and Galahs from the decking round the pool
every day. If your bird is a budgie it beautifully marked and these little
guys are so great at imitating and talking.
