The sooner you understand that Microsoft thinks they own your computer, the
easier it will be to understand what happens to your^H^H^H^H Microsoft's
computer during Windows Update.

With Microsoft's pending lockdown of your^H^H^H^H their computer, you won't
even be able to remove those icons. With Vista's new GUI, the OE
transpaent icon will float on your screen in front of everything you do.
You'll not be able to move it to the side, nor will you be able to delete
the icon. Like the MSN butterfly, it will float around in front of you.
