No they mean restrictions.
For the buyer of Vista (aka a ms customer).
They are rights for the purveyor of the "e-good" not of the =
"e-customer"=20
who is also potential purchaser of this MS "e-good".
So to sell it to the E-Customer as "rights" is mendacious.
Basically every MS customer is a thief who must be prevented from=20
