Jeff,

We understand that we won't be going too old in this venture.  But research
indicates that a pretty wide spread is acceptable.  15 years or so still
works if the right personalities are involved.  My 50-year-old pastor
relates fine with 35 year olds, because he doesn't act or think old.  The
gap just can't be so large that there are no longer any common cultural
elements.
