Well tell your friend to wait a while. If what the SMH had to say about the
next Win95 bugfix (Win95.2), it's only going to be available with new
machines. It wont be available to the loyal customers.

I don't know what a new machine costs now, but that certainly makes it an
expensive bugfix if the SMH got it right.
