I've never experienced that because I don't use XP. I've never noticed it
on my wife's computer, but thankfully I so rarely use it I must have been
spared that particular indignity. Maybe that's why my wife took all the
icons (almost all) about 50 of them and moved them from her desktop to the
taskbar quick launch bar!!! One way to stop that pop-up and solve the
desktop clutter problem I guess!!!
She really did that!!
