NOT! A simple scare and opps! Broken leg! Leg chains are dangerous!
plain and simple!
>cold wheather.
KB> how cold? is the question. Some Parrots live in nature in cold

From the story it is Montana? Any way it is far north in America. Cold
blistery days aren't good!

If it's not cliped I won't take it out! A leg chain on a uncliped bird is
just waiting to get a broken leg! Parrots can live happy lives without the
ablity to fly. It all depends on the invidual bird. Most aren't depressed
unless you don't give them attention then they can be a bit undealable.

KB> What do you meanw with "good"? Hot sun is e. g. not regularly "good

Good weather is aprox 70 to 85 degrees. Not hot. Shade avail at all times
lots of water. The ones in the rainforests get a lot of sun! The also have
a lot shade avail.

Oh, so if I were to put my budgie next to a untrained cat and my budgie is
clipped and my budgie is eaten it isn't my fault! Parrots are like children
we have to take care of them! If you send your child to school in -10 snow
in shorts and a tanktop it isn't your fault!
KB> To put it in a nutshell: Every parrot keeper believes to do its best

Sorry but I don't like this message at all!
