I found the issue with the article on this car..
The issue is MUSCLECARS Vol. VI, No. 5 November 1988 by Csk Publishing. pge 

The car was built in 1981..  It had a tubro-charger 350 CID engine.
Only 200 of these cars were built.
I don't know if you can find a back-issue of this magazine..
