  It case You do not already know, DBMS Magazine finally got around to
reviewing FPW 5. The gentleman that did it says that it is best and most
powerful Applications Development Environment ever created by man. We
already knew that, but they have a bully pulpit. He agrees with us that
it is in a class by itself and that means no one seems to know how to
market it. He notes many, many wonderful things about it and none bad.
The author seems very knowledgeable and the piece is quite well written.
I guess maybe the tide has just turned.
  Did You hear that IBM stopped making Power PC's a little over a month
ago? Just the other day Microsoft said that they had discontinued
Windows NT for the Power Mac. I am thinking VFP 5 for the Mac will never
see the light of day.
