Well, there are no passwords stored in regsitry, still, there are Other,
mission/OS critical Data and they can be manageble under Administrator
perms.
There is a lack of GUI notifier (in ballon tips maybe ?!) that will tell
You when Critical data is changed.
Registry could have an option to create event monitor for every key (with a
check box ?!).
Still, One can create that kind of monitor if he is interested in one.
