Hi,
I am a proficient C programmer, however, I would like to become equally 
competent in C++, can anyone point me toward a source of information on the 
language? (Preferebly on fidonet as opposed to the internet.)
Something similiar to CGUIDE_3 from Servile would be ideal, but I would also 
be interested in a document that talks about the crucial differences and 
similarities of the two languages.
