My god!!  In my personal opinon the woman sholdn't even look at birds not
to mention own or breed!! In that one instance she was doing almost all the
do-nots I have ever heard, giving choclate, leg chain, cold wheather.  How
busy was it there?  I will take a bird out if 1)it's cliped 2)dosn't scare
easily 3)not crowded 4)good weather.  I bet that woman uses avacodo as a 
dietary staple and houses her birds in the kitchen were she freqently cooks
with teflon pans!!!
If I lived around there I'd slap her silly for you right away!!!!
