  I wouldn't know all of them, but I can give you a good run-down of the 1st 
level...
#1      Down by the crates, look for a ledge underneath the window.  Use that 
to jump across to a window on the other side (once you're up, you'll see).  
It has a TV showing everyone's favourite punishment for US vandals in 
Singapore , as well as sticky bombs and a grenade launcher.
#2      As you come into the room you access with the gold key (and after 
you've killed the monsters there), turn left.  You can hop up the seat and 
onto the windowsill, and then hop across to a hole in one of the pillars 
outside that has a riot gun.
#3      Once you've crawled through the baggage conveyor and have entered the 
room with the vending machines, search the wall with white boxes on it for a 
secret door with a fortune cookie.
#4      In the Pachinko parlour, activating the ATM machine will open the 
rotating display (which is behind you at that point), revealing another 
fortune cookie.
#5      At the subway depot (near the tracks), there's a brick structure in 
the middle.  One of the signs on it (red with Japanese lettering) is a door 
that will let you get a heat-seeker card.
  There's a 6th secret, but I've been unable to find it.  If you (or anyone 
else, for that matter) find it, let me know!
