No, I'm suggesting that assuming the user is not running as admin is a bad
assumption. In the business desktop world that may be valid but for the
home machine I think it's a different mentality. For example, I don't care
to have my machine EVER tell me I don't have permissions to do something so
I'm always running as administrator or root.
