There are inconsiderate smokers,  no doubt,  but not all are.

It's a tool used to exert power,  nothing more.

Interesting that you refer to the USA as a socialist country,  I'm sure
that a lot of folks don't consider it such but it's been sliding down that
particular slippery slope for some time now.

There have been laws passed here to that effect in some places,  but in my
view they violate the property rights of the club owner.  They can choose
to set the tone of their establishment,  and should be able to.
