reply are off-topic for this echo. Wage negotiations, management's rights, 
and union problems have nothing to do with ASKACOP. I thought your message 
was interesting, and I enjoyed it, but it is off-topic for ASKACOP. I would 
simply request that you not reply to off-topic messages. I really enjoy your
