ASP cannot access the built in MS financial functions of PV, Pmt, Format,
Ipmt and PPmt so this is supposed to provide access to those. I'm not real
comfortable with it because I don't completely understand how but figured
this is a good way to learn and once I see the asp side and how it's doing
things I can come up with some tests to see just how safe this is (I've got
a feeling it's not safe at all)
