This statement is just silly... A "discipline problem" is
something along the lines of disrupting class, physical
violence, profanity, etc... If you seriously expect us to
accept that the average college professor faces discipline
problems "at least as serious as K-12", then you must be
on something!  It may happen - RARELY - but it's nowhere
NEAR as common as it is in K-12....
