Glad you like the idea of using medicine bottles.  I generally ask the
pharmacy to give me easy-open ones that are kinder on my hands.  The
wider the diameter of the top, the easier it will be to get the balance
back into the jar.
Also, if any of your medication comes with the little barrels that
absorb moisture, that will keep the ep from getting lumpy.  It rarely
does that and even then, I just stir it with a tooth pick.
