Hey:
As far as I know any true catfish will grow until:
the tank ain't big enough any more,
        the food stops coming,
        something kills it.
I've had several catfish, one was albino, all would eat anything including
smaller fish. One liked braunschweiger and cheese, also cat food pellets.
He grew to be about 10" long in a standard 10 gal. (U.S.) tank, looked
awesome. Try cutting down on the food, or throw in some cheap feeders to
distract him from the Zebra. Some will disappear overnight, advantage being
that plenty of food will be available without rotting in the water. Of
course, I had a catfish which would kill any minnows that came near him, and
eat them later, defeating the "live food" plan! By the way, "fishing
innows"
(bait) are generally cheaper than "feeder fish" (pet store nomenclature).
Well, over here they are, anyway. I'm tired, you're bored, seeya......A.
