Sometimes you can look at where the wires on any plug go and determine what 
the purpose is and then plug in accordingly...

I'll ask around.  As a side note, the new smog machines here that are 
required to be online by Dec 1, cost $45,000 for the bare bones unit.
So far, there's only two in San Diego county.

About the same materials I use to register my truck.  A sticker from my 
defunct boat trailer.  Last year they decided to tow anybody that's not 
registered, illegally registered, not licensed to drive and smog devices 
removed...This year they included no insurance as a towing violation too.
Got the registration renewal for the Monte the other day.  Smog required, 
Proof of Insurance required, along with the payment...
... Wise shepherds never trust the flock to a smiling wolf.
