subject: USR I-modem vs. Zyx Elite 2864i

Hi!
Last summer my Sportster modem went west due to a lightning strike in our
neigbourhood, and since then I have to use my bbs line to access my ISP. Now
I consider replacing my two analog POTS with a ISDN Duo subscription giving
me access to 2x64 kbps. This will necessitate the acqusition of an ISDN
external modem since I definitely DON'T want to open my computer and
installing an ISDN ISA card (I have poor eyesight and I have NO skill in
handling small screws and screwdrivers and such).
Now I know that there are two external ISDN modems on the Swedish market that
also doubles as a V34 when the call is from/to a non-ISDN system. The two
modems in question are the USR I-modem (external) and the Zyxel Elite 2864i.
My questions are as follows:
1. What features have these two modems in common?
2. Pros for the USR I-modem?
3. Pros for the Elite 2864i?
4. Cons for the USR I-modem?
5. Cons for the Elite 2864i?
