That an old virus, its a mbr/boot sector virus and most if not all 
good Anti_Virus programs should be able to clean it.  Just 
remember to check ALL your floppies after disinfection.

PS you should boot from a CLEAN DOS floppy before running the 
anti-virus scanner.
