time on education dont learn a basic understanding off what hppnds there ..
and ... last year we tryd to hire someone "educated" with bc or somethin ..
they didnt know a sh@$(^ :( we had to tak ppl without education but who know
how to make a job and now those ppl working fine and we are satisfyd .. only
one problem we had to allow those "uneducated" ppl learn at evnings .. but

hmm almost noopne .. closest is 2-3 years older.
but anyway .. about a topic .. Standart solution in places where you
have to guarantee work off something ( network too :) is best solution. If
you have time to spend while you getting lost drivers off different cards np
.. bet when you have to replace and make it working in 5-10 min's it can make
trubles :)
