However, I must stand up for our local Petsmart.  Most of their fish dept. 
employees are true aquarists.  They even took the best one and are training 
him for management, even though he constantly contradicts what they teach in 
training.  And when some of their regular customers, like myself, are around, 
they will even ask us for help if they don't know the answer to someone's 
question.  Now if we could get the whole company to run like this one 
store....
