If I was to purchase a Chevy, take it apart, make a thousand copies
sell them as Chevys, and pocket the profits, don't you think that GM would
et
their lawyers after me? I think that's as much a form of copyright as what
you are proposing.
Now, if I buy a thousand Chevys and sell them at a profit, assuming I
could, do you think that GM would get on my case, not likely!
Either way, its obvious that you intend to stand your ground, while I
and John, and others will stand ours. I suppose the only way to solve the
problem is to go to court, but it hardly seems worth it. Tell you what,
you say you're a stock holder in Disney. OK, call up Disney and make a
complaint as a stock holder. I'll bet that Disney's legal dept. will say
"Thanks, we'll look into it" and that will be the last you hear of it.
It's just too small fry to worry about!
