Using the Printer object and its BeginDoc and EndDoc methods seems to be
slow if BeginDoc and EndDoc are used to start and end every page of a
multi-page job. Is there any way to speed things up by sending a page-eject
to "Printer" without having to use EndDoc ?
And is there any way to tell the printer that you would like a printer with
hardware multi-copy capability (e.g. a laser) that you would like several
copies of one particular page in a series of pages for which you are
normally printing one page only - i.e. without looping back and sending
down several individual copies of the same page ?
