Looking for information from anyone who has had recent dealings with a
Brian Phillips operating out of Champlain NY.  He has advertised on
several lists, birds for sale, CAG's, Ringnecks, and Macaws. Many people
have purchased birds from him recently, they have sent money and not
recieved their birds.  The FBI has been notified and an investigation is
in progress.  If anyone has purchased or paid down payments on Birds to
