okay, well I concurr anyway. I think either the authors just explained it
in a real crummy way, or I just wasnt reading it right because it has never 
made sense to me that any autrhor should say that DC and AC are any 
ifferent.
I fully understand the art about AC signals in the transmission line being
of a much higher voltage (which gets stepped down) and higher voltage has 
ess
loss.. but like I said.. maybe I've just been "reading it the wrong way".
