subject: howdoodily doodily do?

George Pope wrote to James Bradley, "howdoodily doodily do?"

JB> GP> Oh well, happens! (or, your version might be
 JB> GP> " happens"!)
 JB>
JB> I was thinking, "Soup?" Yes, Klein does happen, and
happen, and...

GP> Gordon Campbell is the premier of BC. . .

Ya, the guy that likes decks, right?

GP> I wrote an email to Campbell's Soup, suggesting they sue him
GP> for defamation of their good name; I explained how the thought
GP> of Campbell's Soup would always bring to mind warmth and good
GP> taste, but ever since Gorto started performing, now when I see
GP> the Campbell's name I tend to get a little queasy! *LOL*

They've got your number!

GP> I had an aneurysm burst initially -- this is a birth defect of
GP> a weak spot in an arterial wall(mine happened to be in the
GP> brain -- only 2% survive these, when they burst!)

My sister was operated on for this. It's possible she was bombarded with too
much radiation shortly after birth however, so there might be some correlation
there. The bottom line is she was affected in some pretty horrific ways,
and there had to be something done.

GP> Then, as a result of the surgery, I got hydrocephalus(fluid
GP> build-up on the brain, putting massive painful presure on it)

As the brain can't feel pain per-say, the pressure must have been quite
substantial?

GP> then they were operating to put a shunt in (a drainage
GP> tube/pipe from my brain to my stomach) and the pressure from
GP> the hydrocephalus caused a small stroke, which led to my
 GP> permanent paralysis! :P

GP> Hope that explanation covers it?

Works for me!

JB> one makes me retain water... Sure I'm in shape! Round is a shape.

GP> yup, *LOL*, I go with that philosophy some days myself!

Jerry Lewis was on the same family of drug that I am ramping up on right now. I
don't have Jerry's diet, but the _bottom line_ is the same. O-8

JB> One used to run across so many people in fido, it was hard to keep

GP> It's a sad thing -- the echoes in Fido are mostly dead, except
GP> for th odd 1 or 2. . . (I'm moderator of one of the happening
 GP> ones (FUNNY))

I'll have to take a look, and see what kinda trouble... Er, fun I can get up
to. [-|{

GP> I used to be able to go a full month between laundromat trips,
GP> but that was when I was young & stocked up on shirts, ginch,
GP> and socks! (I change all those daily)

JB> No, when I could have *used* a relationship. P-: Two years ago, I was
 JB> coming off the narcotics

GP> But, isn't the rule "no relationships for 6 months"?

Who made *that* rule? What were they reigning (in)? Shoot man, this isn't
China! (-:

 JB> Yup... Real soon now. Any day now. You want it gone when? [-;

GP> Yer a packrat, too, eh?

You can see it from there? I've a pile of metal for scrap, and a pile of
electronics ready to go when the city opens up their recycling program. I have
quite a few pieces inside the house that need to hit the second pile, but it's
not as bad as I was expecting it to be. I had friends help me move stuff, and
all of that ended up splayed around on the carpet, instead of piled up. So many
almost empty boxes, and boxes full of a disparaging array of things... "Ya,
thanks guys... I'll take it from here. (There's the door. What's your hurry?)"
Like I say, the medication was clouding a lot of my thinking for six years. Now
I just have to dig out from the mess. /-:

 JB> Do take care!

GP> And you also, mate! Be well! (I won't say "be good!" cuz
 GP> that's just no fun!)

L! Like the "Fast, cheep, easy... Pick two." tag? Seeing as we can't be so
fast...

... As Canadian as possible under the circumstances.
