I just noticed that if I do a blind copy to someone

    Bc:     Joe Secret

a copy of the message will be sent to Joe Secret but there will be nothing
in his copy to indicate the original recipient.

If anyone is looking at that code, it would be nice if a blind copy put
something like

    Original to Harry Openly
    Blind copy to Joe Secret

at the top of the message.
