I cannot even add it to Outlook's To: field.  I never even get to the point
of composing the message.   Calypso allows it, Mulberry allows it.
Outlook '98 even allowed it.   But Outlook 2003 seems to have been
"fixed" so that it does not allow this standard address format. 
I do see that Rich has posted a kludgy work-around for the bug.
