IMO they have only improved because of the flack they are getting
from the world's courts. It will be interesting to see what comes
out of the European case against M$.

The problem with a company run by "children" is that they are too
excited about getting the next version up and running to bother
about fixing problems with current versions, at least until they
are forced to :-(
