The students will no doubt be wearing RFID badges (or chip implants) 
so the monitors can see that it is Johnny Brown or Jenny Green they 
are perving on, & summon up their home addresses, phone numbers, email
addresses, parent's details etc. Technology that is supposed to protect
us & make us safer will often do the opposite, because it can in turn
be used for new forms of crime, which require new "solutions", which
lead to more crime ... etc.
